File Transfer:
CD-R or DVD-R: Generally, the most reliable (and slowest) method is to actually give us a hard copy on a burned disc. You can mail it to us or drop it of in person.
Web Upload: For larger files, or multi file jobs, access out web-based upload site at www.filesdirect.com/labelartca . If you are uploading a multi-file job, please put all the files into one clearly marked folder and compress that folder with a .zip or .sit format.
E-mail: sales@labelartca.com or you're sales rep's personal email, which they can give you. Please compress the files to a .zip or .sit format to reduce chances of corruption. Please, no files larger than 3 Mb.
